This commission involved the complete redesign of an existing tenancy whilst it was occupied. An open and flexible environment creates a workplace that surpassed that of Booz Allen’s competitors.
Offices are detailed in frameless glass and sliding doors with dividing joinery units open views and allow natural light deep within the interior. Reflecting the nature of the firm’s business, whereby staff are often seconded to their client’s location, all facilities are detailed so they can be used as meeting rooms when not occupied. Personal effects and files are concealed within joinery units and furniture carefully selected to enable ‘offices’ to transform into the much-needed collaboration facilities allowing all staff to enjoy the views to Circular Quay and the harbour.
